pollution, the larger forms are also very hardy and suitable for exposed
sites.

glossy green foliage throughout the Summer and colouring richly in
the Autumn. White Spring flowers. Does well in towns and industrial
areas and also very good for accent planting.

salicifolia pendula 8’ One of the most popular of trees for a smaller
garden grown mainly for its bright silvery foliage produced on a
compact tree with pendulous branchlets. White Spring blossom
appears before the leaves. Contrasts most effectively with purple
leaved foliage shrubs.
