LABURNUM
These very well known trees grow well on almost any soil as long as it
is fairly well drained. For those wishing to plant a beautiful Laburnum
arch it is wise to start with a maiden tree.
alpinum pendulum 5’ A most beautiful form of alpinum which is very
slow growing, developing a low dome shaped head with stiffly weeping
branches right down to the ground. Typical racemes of yellow flowers
are displayed to perfection. A superb tree for the small garden and
quite distinct from the normal type in habit.

watererii vossii 9’ This lovely and hugely popular form is abundantly
flowering in May with long, rich yellow racemes. One of the most
familiar and oft planted of all trees.
