Acacia
The Acacia Trees were never once thought off as trees suitable for the garden but, with milder winters, these are now maturing into fine trees outside in protected spots, especially in the South. They can also be container grown on the patio or in the conservatory and definitely lend a distinctively different feel to any area.
dealbata 12’ The most well known species with luxurious long feathery glaucous blue-green foliage and fluffy yellow fragrant flowers in late Winter. Although quite fast growing when let loose in the garden, it is quite happy in a pot and can then be moved inside in less favoured areas.
